All buildings regardless of age require some kind of maintenance to keep them at their best and free of defects. We are happy to offer planned cyclical maintenance services to you and your property. With this service this could be regular gutter clearance, regular maintenance or decoration of main entrance door or other area to keep this in pristine condition or this could be re-fxing a door handle or other item where the repair is not urgent and we can send someone typically within 24-36 ours of the issue arising and you calling us.
